As the proprietor of Shanti Enterprises, a leading trade house for dyes and chemicals, Shyam Gram Udyog Sansthan for herbal cosmetics, and Sterling Chemicals for the leather and textile industry, he has established a significant presence in various industries.

In addition to his business ventures, Mr. Srivastava is the founder of Natya Shilpi, a socio-cultural organization dedicated to promoting arts and culture.
