- Protective Gear: Wearing protective gear like gloves, helmet and knee pads not just while competing but also while sparing and practicing , these help reduce the chances of getting injured even while practicing
- Regulations : Following rules and regulations . Using illegal kicks or punches even while practicing should be strictly prohibited as they can cause injuries on accident . These illegal kicks and punches do more harm than good , they are illegal for a reason and they should not be used even during practises. Fair play should promoted .
